Registration Costs
Early Bird Registration Ends April 18, 2025. After April 18, 2025, prices will increase. Pre-registration ends May 8, 2025. Onsite registration will be available.
Full Conference – $575 ($650 after Early Bird)
Monday Only – $150 ($175 after Early Bird)
Tuesday Only – $275 ($300 after Early Bird)
Wednesday Only – $225 ($250 after Early Bird)
Thursday Only – $275 ($300 after Early Bird)
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be in writing to the National VOAD Conference Office, [email protected], before April 7, 2025 for a full refund. A 30% cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellation requests post-marked between April 7, 2025 and April 28, 2025. After April 28, no refunds will be processed.
