2025 Empowering Community Resilience Award
The 2025 Empowering Community Resilience Award is supported by a generous investment from Walmart and aims to provide financial support to attendees from organizations and individuals working within the disaster continuum. The program allows attendees to participate in our annual conference which includes over 40 workshop sessions, keynote presentations, committee meetings, networking events, a local service project, along with sponsors and exhibitors all focused on the disaster network. The event contributes to forming and facilitating relationships with the aim of advancing our mission of mitigating and alleviating the impact of disasters, providing a forum promoting cooperation, communication, coordination and collaboration; and fostering more effective delivery of services to communities affected by disaster.
